Shipping Policy

The total delivery time for your order consists of two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time.

Processing Time

Processing time includes order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and dispatch preparation. Orders are typically sent to our manufacturers within 72 hours after payment has been successfully received.

Shipping Time

Shipping time refers to the period it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • USA & Canada: 2–4 weeks (Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance, if item is in stock)
  • Australia & New Zealand: 2–4 weeks (Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance, if item is in stock)
  • UK & Europe: 2–4 weeks (Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance, if item is in stock)
  • Other Countries: 2–5 weeks (Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance, if item is in stock)

Insured Shipping

With insured shipping, if your item is lost during delivery or arrives damaged, we will send a replacement at no additional cost, provided sufficient proof is submitted.

Priority Insured Shipping

Priority Insured Shipping places your order at the top of our daily processing queue. Depending on order volume, delivery times may remain similar to standard shipping. This option also includes insurance coverage.

Some products may ship separately and arrive at different times, as we use multiple warehouses located in different regions.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers may take several days (up to one week) to update with accurate tracking details. You can track your shipment using a third-party tracking service such as:
